Between 1-3 turns it is popping, actually I could only get it popping more...

Thanks Paul, this makes sense! I thought that the ACV works opposite (so it lets more air on a closed throttle). I'll take it apart (again:D) and have a look at it.

Sorry, so stock jetting, except for the IMS setting which is around 1.25 - 1.5 out, as stock IMS setting wouldn't make the popping go away, but introduce random stalls at IDLE.
