I can't get my Hepco Alu bags on my KTM side racks

OK, so thus far I can not get the Hepco Alu standard cases to fit on the KTM Gobi side racks. Not even with the spacers kit.

What am I missing?

I sold the grey Gobi bags and bought the Alu side...
