I'd have to disagree and say that a loose sidecar wheel that is shaving metal off the hub is definitely a mechanical issue. You're lucky it didn't get bad enough to maybe seize and strip your spokes...

I looked and looked but could only find the IMS. I got it on sale for $220, which is still a lot, but I needed a tank. It holds .7 gallons more, IIRC. Not huge, but at 70 mpg, it's a lot of capacity.
