I left all of the pipe bolts loose, even the header mount at the head. One I had the lower bracket installed, I just snugged everything up and no clearance issues..:huh

Based on my crude measurements, the holes are approx 27 mm apart for the mounting screws. The Scott's pin holder for the 950 will not work. You have another ready customer, and please let us know...
