the relay is a small 2 wire box on the right side, i think i mounts to the headlight frame,i think 2 black wires and the relay is in a rubber mount. cant remember...6bucks for a universal replacement...

The sprocket needs changing because it is hooked...

The sprocket needs changing because it is hooked and worn. The play is fine side to side so long as the splines on the lock plate are not worn. Perfectly normal. Those bumps are "ramps " to help...
