I have the roll chart version of his rides and had a great time with them. I just ordered the $10 upgrade for the GPS files. $10 is a worth it vs. sitting and creating my own files.

Yes, the 12L and 18L tanks use the exact same expensive cap. I think that when you purchase the tank, you get the petcock also but i'm not 100% sure on that.

I like the Garmin C300 series or the C500 series. I have a C330 and works great for a simple to use GPS. Right before Christmas, they were selling at WalMart for ~$180.

I have a 60cx and I'm able to download unlocked maps and routes directly to the microSD card. I use City Navigator NT and not just copy and paste from the routes to the card.

I've had Disco's for about 3 years. They are water repellent, but not water proof. In a hard driving rain, my feet get wet.

Even though they aren't waterproof, I still love them.

If you want to create/modify routes on you PC then load them to the Zumo, you must unlock.

I'm not sure if it is needed to upload tracks from the Zumo to the PC though.
