Look closely at the end of the one on the left. Its not actually a hole. There is a crossover pipe under the rear end to the silencer.

You just have to peel the rubber part of the grip...

You just have to peel the rubber part of the grip back to expose a set screw. If you look closely at the grip you'll see the spot I'm talking about. IIRC, the grip just slides off after that.

I've got the barkbusters also. I don't really like them with my Renthal bars. I'm not using the bar end weights and the bar clamps don't really attach very well being that far inboard on the bars....

When riding off pavement as the OP asked I usually try to do most braking with my rear brake. Even if that means mashing it into a skid. I certainly don't want to "reflex" brake on the front lever....

I use the Icon Patrol Gloves. I ride with them down to 30 degrees no problem. Lower temps than that and I just turn on the heated grips. GTG

Thanks for the pics so far everyone. The wolfman was definitly one of my top choices. Seeing it on the bike kind of puts the rest of their line up into perspective also.

I would do 3/4" plywood. You wouldn't have to worry about hanging 90% of things on the wall. If you get the more expensive sanded board you could even paint it for a nice finished look.

When I installed my Renthal bars and barkbusters I removed the bar end weights. The wobble at higher speeds disappeared. I was perplexed.

Note: I also have TKC80s.

Both bikes were chain driven with aftermarket...

Both bikes were chain driven with aftermarket swing arms. They were definitely highly modded bikes. Sick...but highly modded none the less.
