1st gear 2,000 rpm = 10 mph
1st gear 3,000 rpm = 17 mph
5th gear 3,500 rpm = 55 mph
5th gear 4,000 rpm = 64 mph

IF you look at the last picture, and READ the two paragraphs after the picture, you will see it is NOT LEAKING, it never did leak enough to get down to the pads, (no oil on pads, so they are fine.)
