Since your bike is a 2003, I'm guessing it has the roller bearing behind the clutch instead of the caged ball bearing the '01 & '02 640s had..I would definitely include the intake cam roller bearing...

Very nice product, thanks D2D, I'm happy with mine, much smoother, with the stock screen I felt like I was being beat by seagulls.

I'm having good luck with the dust to dust...
I'm having good luck with the dust to dust screen, still get air at helmet level, but MUCH smoother. Also tried sticking a few wheel balancing weights to the underside of the XD visor, not really...

bearing job went well
many thanks to markjen and others, the roller bearing cage pulls out pretty easy once you can get ahold of it with tiny vice-grips. I used a large galvanized flat washer to tap in the new (cold)...
