It does appear that the newer frame does lean the motor forward a tad more. I doubt the "HRF" can use...

Nothing wrong with a steel frame, KTM still uses it. The big bore if there is one, will have to meet some weight limits for it to be a contender with the 690R @ 305# and Husa 570 under 300#.
