2X12's and a wheel chock

When I moved to TN I used three 2x12 in the shape of an upper case I. Used I loops at the out points with a wheel chick in the center. Worked like a champ.

Re-keying the BMW adventure case

I just got a top case from my father off his old bike. The problem is the lock for the bracket is locked closed. Can I get it re-keyed to my bike at the dealer if its locked.
