I ended screwing the repaired front wheel again after the repair...

Installing bearings setting them up is no big deal Deal with this stuff all the time at work could be weight caused it...

Picture from lower steering bearing race. The rollers have made impressions the race that are fairly deep. Upper bearing race were fine both had fair amount of grease from factory.

I mounted RotopaX 1.75 with some adel clamps...

I mounted RotopaX 1.75 with some adel clamps around grab handles with aluminum plate. Used bar stock as spacers to give clearance to be able to get seat off aft tail rack on F800GS.
