I've already drilled and tapped for the big sert using Dan's jig. I'm still working on the best procedure to drill the new oil feed hole, got measurements and marks but any tips are welcome.

I found my power lead to the starter corroded about an inch from the crimp inside the jacket. Everything metered fine but the wire wouldn't carry enough current to efficiently spin the starter....
