Looking at a "r75/5"

R75/5 on craigslist, the frame is a R60 the engine is a r75/5 and turns over, the guy said it was a 1968 on the title, I know its newer. It's in non running rough shape, he said it ran last in 06....

Update- I completely cleaned and rebuilt the carbs(did not replace jets), adjusted my valves(they were very tight), torqued my head, started it up rode for a long time, came back sync'd the carbs....

I didn't touch my idle rpm screw yet, I read that it should be about paper thick between the idle screw and the idle stop. or is that just a good starting guide line

last night I tore apart the one carb and when I unscrewed the main jet holder there was a bunch of hard packed "dirt" in it around the O-ring....
