1988 R100RS with 59K miles, previous owner had transmission rebuilt in 2008 with 57K. When I first got it from him about 1000 miles/2 months ago, it was shifting super cleanly between all the gears....

I solved it

Thanks for the input everyone. I ended up with 150 main jets, and a 266 needle in the lowest position. It's running perfectly, although obviously your mileage will vary depending on altitude and such.
