950 adv fork oil level
Replacing seals and fork oil in the beast. The manual says 100mm, but I've had some bottoming in the past and was wondering if I added a little more oil=say to 90 mm what effect will it have?

I took a small file and took just a little off...
I took a small file and took just a little off the impeller and emeried the washer. After torqing everything seemed good with just the right amount of tension on the impeller. Got it back together...

Water pump impeller
Finishing up a water pump rebuild and putting on the impeller. When I tighten the bolt to 10 nm the impeller seems tight. Shouldn't there be a little play l&r?

My feelings on the facet 171 is that it's very suseptable to trash in the fuel. The filter is an important part and should be replaced at least every 10k. I always carry a spare pump and filter....
