a few years ago now, got back from a 3 month trip...

a few years ago now, got back from a 3 month trip on my G/S, and found the top of the filter covered in feathers and the sad dried up remains of a little bird wedged in the intake horn.

Today i took out the injectors and observed what i imagine is an even spray as the motor cranked. Put it back together...

I am trying to revive a 1981 Convert.

The original rubber/plastic airbox was well and truly perished.

So on with some pod filters.....great.

However the old air filter metal body recieved...

gs paralever squeaky/possibly warped rotor

I stripped and cleaned the caliper.The outer side definately needed it because it clearly hadn´t moved much lately.No corrosion, seals and dust covers good, now opening...
