Good luck on a 5 cyl. IIRC there is a 5cyl radial engine in a front wheel bike from way back. There are 6cyl a CBX, Benneli or K1600

Ohms law baby!

Some (less exspensive, and some not) are under constant load driving the voltage down to 5 from 12 volts. Then you have your bikes memories (ODO, clock etc.) It all adds to the drain on the battery....
