Well petcocks, vents, and all else seemed ok. Bike started right up and i let it run for 15 minutes at idle. I will let you all know if it happens again.

knocker...I just did the same job a few weeks ago on a 2007 r1200gs and after I was done ran into a very uneasy sounding bike. It turned out to be the throttle bodies were unsynced.
