looks great, I like the stainless grills-source?.......used Glasurit paint so they had the exact color, this was a total redo....the paint is super tuff but it was way expensive

Had a combination of the previous posts, replaced the broken plastic latch mechanism side plates with aluminum plate cut to match.

Check your throttle body cables, mine knocks when the cylinders are out of sync, maybe one was unseated during install. Have done this cleaning the bike a few times.

rained on GS no start

Left the cover off the GS and went away for the weekend and now it won't start. It rained 3", been dry for 6 weeks. Cranks but does not fire. Checked the spark plug wires and one had some droplets...

done it, no big deal, ditto on cleaning everything, i got the old pistons out with some compressed air to the bleeder valve but probably should have disconnected the brake line, took awhile to bleed...

Also had a sight glass pop out, luckily right after starting instead going down the road, replaced with a new one, i think the plastic on the old one either shrank or lost its' elasticity.
