I have a 2005 GS and have had the seals replaced 9 times. I would bet that it is either the engine output seal(main seal), counterbalance seal, transmission input seal or the clutch slave cylinder...

The counterbalance and engine out put seal can fail

I would look closely where the engine and transmission bolt together for signs of an oil leak. Might just be a very slight line of oil where the two parts join together. I have a 11-2004 build date...

TN does have a lemon law for motorcycles but it has to be filed within the 3 year warranty, so I am out of luck there.
