I took the front tire off of my 150 elite today and there was a lot of water in there-rusted the rim up good. Is this normal and caused by condensation? Don't remember seeing this occur before on...

ANY new tire will be better than what you have! i've had good luck w/ Pirelli and Michelin. They're all fairly inexpensive for the size you need.

Did you try tapping the head w/ a rubber mallet or such to break it loose? BTW, I found a used head gasket in my parts and sprayed it w/ copper gasket maker and used it. Haven't fired the engine up...
