As others have mentioned, drain the oil and refill with fresh oil. Take out the plugs and crank it over to pump any gas out of the combustion chambers, but I would also change the oil filter too.

I'd be more inclined to think that the dip in torque is down to the exhaust. I had that dip with a 2:1 exhaust but it went away when I fitted a 2:2 with Supertrapps
