they sure look clean and crisp.. It looks like most if not all production throttles are for a 1" bar.. looks like I may attempt to make it. Though a spiral slot without a mill might be a bit much.

Well, the curve in the bracket tops and the bucket marry up pretty well and have a available bit of rotation before the fit starts to "not fit"... I can also add a little bit of slotting to the screw...
