There are companies in Aus that can make replacement butterflies. Try Meridian Motorsport, I know its car based but Im sure they can get them made and not really expensive.

There is definately a plug in the right side...
There is definately a plug in the right side crank case. It even has 'Kickstart' embosed in the cover. I have had that side off before and it seemed to have all the provisions and space for kick...

Has anyone managed to adapt a kick starter to their DRZ250/ DR250R? Or do they come standard anywhere?
I have a DR250R that I believe is same /similar and would be happier if I could get a kicker...
