Leo, almost all the tires for the 990 (150/70/18, same size your 1190R needs) are tubeless. In a 990 we need to use a tube inside because the rim is not sealed, but the tire is still a tubeless type....

No, just the second fan. I would say my bike works in the same temp range as it did before the install, but now it cools down faster. No downsides on mine, I don't think I need the lower thermostat.
