just assembled elsewhere, and you get a nice Made in Japan sticker and
think you outsmarted the system.

Just because some scooter has fat tires doesn't make it any more offroad worthy, it's
a gimmick, it'll fall apart if you ride it fast, those frames are not made for a lot of stress.

that looks the same as V7, only a bit bigger.

I'd take the V7 with the Breva/Griso 850cc engine.
