Both of the bikes are very agreeable to me.
If I could take 30-40 lbs...

The piston you have is a half mm oversize factory Honda piston.

I ran an XL600 stator in my former restored '95 with a Baja Designs lighting kit. No problems whatsoever.
Don't remember doing anything weird with the wiring other than maybe changing the connector.
