Keep us posted, Glenn. I just replaced my left mirror bracket. Rocks won that battle. I stayed stock for now but I would consider something more off road friendly for future reference. TIA

Amen. I'm sure the newer XT250 is a fine machine. Maybe its power band is well paired with 5 speeds. Still I felt Yamaha lost something special when they dropped the 6-speed with that makeover....

Just ordered a replacement front wheel. The Pirelli Scorpion MT90 AT clocked 25k miles. Woot! Hopefully upsizing from 80/90-21 to 90/90-21 will correct the speedo, which was several percent high.
