I always tour with a DSLR and some lenses. I don't take any extra special precautions. It just goes in my tankbag (in it's camera bag) which becomes a backpack when I'm not on the bike. Easy does it....

Exhaust studs

I decided to take action on my corroded exhaust studs and nuts before they become a real problem.

Both nuts are fused to the studs. I have extracted the studs and have some new ones on order.
