Also, it depends on the value when it's sold the next time. Most banks won't lend money on a salvage title vehicle, so if it'll be expensive, you've got to find a buyer with cash.

A lot of banks/credit unions will not loan money to buy a salvage titled vehicle. Might make a difference when you eventually sell that bike to someone for more than pocket change.
