Yes, I did notice when I moved the rubber pads further back the rear sat up higher. Problem with that was then I couldn't secure the bail under the frame tube......

I do have a set of the rear tank rubber mounts but after positioning them and repositioning them, I decided to take them off to figure out what the problem is with the front not going far enough...

Thank you for the info, when I set the tank into the front block and set the rear down without the rear rubber blocks on the tank, the tank hits the frame. Seems regardless of where the rubber blocks...
