Most of the big bikes don't have a rim lock and I don't know that I'd go as low as 15 psi on a 450+ pound bike especially if the tires are TKC's. The sidewalls are super soft.

I've put michelin deserts and a set of TKC's on my 800 and didn't balance them and didn't have any problems. I've been running around 18 - 22 psi....
