Three Weeks in Europe

Hi all,

I have three weeks in September to explore northern europe.

Current plan is ferry down to France, from UK, then head south east across to Germany (Munich), down into northern Italy...

Sure and high humidity will also limit the effectiveness of sweat as well. The correct type of clothes for the conditions makes all the difference, the colour, not so much.

Far as I can see, only the GS and RT came with a RID. Not sure if the R is fitted with a gear position indicator or a neutral only indicator switch.

hmm, good question. Lift the tank and see if the socket is present. There are different part numbers for the main wiring loom between the GS and the R so the socket may not be present.

Just some generic ones of ebay. They don't match the rear bulbs and the bike really doesn't like them. When wired up the rear ones flash at twice normal speed while the front ones don't flash at all.
