I'd do two more things..... Paint the floor(acid etch, water blast, rinse, and two pack paint - made a huge difference in my workshop), and nothing else

Acid etch, water blast, and paint the floor (quality two pack paint) . Just did this and it is brilliant. Throw in a little grit as it is painted.
