If you pull out this lower bolt, you can drain the oilfilterhousing into the sump in order...

You lube the bolts which go into aluminium.
Don´t you reach the right torque way later than with dry bolts?
Isn´t the danger of stripping the thread much higher?...

the two nonholes in the aircleanerhousing are leftovers from the former Tenere which had a lot overheating issues due to sucking air from above the cylinderhead. (1VJ)
