I get the same wear. The rear tire get replaced because of wear and the front from the cupping. My F800GS had Ohlins suspension front and rear, so that didn't resolve the issue.

I used the AUX switch from the R1200GS Adventure.

The switch is sensitive so don't wire it up the wrong way and ruin it.
It sits above the LEFT hand controls and has an LED for when the lights...
