Look on the back of the horn for a small phillips head screw, it is an adjustment screw. Try turning it out a bit, if that dosen't work try turning it in a bit.

94 should have the letter R in the tenth...

94 should have the letter R in the tenth posiition from the left, 93 is P 92 is N, 95 is S. Be sure to tap the bushing into the slider before attempting to drive in the seal.
