Stock CRF should be 23 HP at crank, 19-20 HP at wheel. There have been some dyno runs showing 17 HP at wheel, not sure why that is. As previously stated, must be the tires.

Agreed. It's not really CRF's Only's problem anyway, that's a manufacturer problem. Some stores just happen to conveniently handle manufacturer issues for you, they apparently do not.
