yes, the blue one is for sure a BMW connector otherwise it wouldn't fit that well on the frame.
I was talking more about the other blue cable, the on has been cut and the brown :)

while I was cleaning my new, for me, R100RT '92 I found those two cables and the connector disconnected.
Are those supposed to be connected somewhere :hmmmmm

The left carburetor was leaking and therefore I had to open it. I found out that the cause was the gasket but I also found that the start jet was clogged. I managed to remove it but I ruined it.

Unfortunately the starting jet is not shown; probably they sell it together with the float housing.
I'll see if I can find a dealer nearby.
