Sucks about Riccardo. The fuel flow rate rule is dumb. The more interesting engineering problem seems to be give them fixed fuel and let the use it as they want.

Fuses are good. Switched power is great. Unless your bike already has switched power for your heated grips, get a switched fuse block. I only learned that after killing a battery and stranding myself...

Not damurph, but I have an AST 2. I like it a lot. I haven't noticed any issues with leaking yet, but I also have decent wind protection on my bike.

If dropped a modest height with nothing in it, I think you're OK. There needs to be something to compress the eps. All bets are off though if there is shell damage.

I think the sweet spot with my big ass bags is 80 indicated which might put it closer to 72 actual, but it'll be happy at 90 indicated too.
