I think all the 990's have twitchy FI systems but fairly easy to fix. I prefer carbs so I bought a 950 when the 990's just came out. Still love it after 3 yrs and 37k miles (38k on the bike).

The KTM aluminum cases are rebadged Touratech Zegas. The only difference is that the KTM branded ones are more angled when mounted than the TT Zegas. I've had mine (35l) for 3 yrs and love them....
