For the RAD hub u needed 5 in total, three of 6304 RS in the wheel and two of 60/28 2RD in the sprocket carrier.
Warranty replacement, so I don't know...

Just replaced mine on a set of Woody's. They were supplied by Zach there. I'm sure they will have replacements for the OEM wheels too, and you won't have to buy them by the dozen.
