i'd clean the inside of plug cap with contact cleaner, dry and replace plug first before replacing the coil. there are testers to check spark. most modern electronics systems don't recommend shorting...

Dallas show bike
I don't believe the Dallas show bike had the LED headlights. Either i missed that detail or they weren't there to impress me. Also, the radiators are tiny on that thing- small bore MX bike small....

On off road split
I disagree that the distribution will be any different with the new model relative to the split between off and on road. That being said the amount of off road worthiness of a 500 lb motorcycle...
