Don't forget to apply some tape around the splines of the shaft prior to pushing in the new seal. This will prevent the lip on the new seal from being damaged.

I can only speak for the install on a RD07A in which their is just one spring in each fork.

Intiminators for the AT are 43mm. The tubes that come with the kit are 35mm which I did not use.
