HF tire changer.

I just changed my front 1200GS tire on the Harbor Freight changer. Doesn't fit perfectly but still holds tight enough to get the old one off and the new one on.

It's actually shocking how much smoother the engines run after you sync the carbs. After mounting the tubes behind the airbox it is about a 5 minute procedure.

As another datapoint, I've got 17K miles on my 03 build S and I have not had even a hint of a problem with the waterpump.

Now the clutch slave cylinder is another issue......
