I wonder

if you have to have a certain side facing up/out for it to read accuratly? I noticed they all have a large arrow imbedded in one side of the unit. I always make sure the arrow is point 'up' or 'back'...

Been using one for years

for trips up and down the east coast. No issues ever. I used to keep it in the map pocket of my tankbag. Recent used bike purchase had the velcro tabs on the windshield so I use it there now.

This has been the second weekend in a row with picture perfect weather in the mountains. Fantastic weekends! Brook trout were hitting hard this weekend, no fish photo's - too busy with the fish....

Put this up in the flea market. Also on various craigslist locations.

Not in a rush to sell, but would like to put the cash to other uses - such as a soon to be retirement!

Agree with this sentiment based on experience...

Road to Ohio in late March and got caught in unexpected snow storm - took forever to get the road crap (salt, brine, whatever) off the bike and even then stuff starts corroding pretty quickly.

Maybe I'll try to drag him out for some fly fishing! As soon as the Polar things departs our area!
