I thought I was going to have to split the cases, but the seals dont have an outer lip so it was as easy as screwing a screw into the side of the seal and giving it a good yank ..then tap in the new...

Well the tank on this bike was a little rusty inside and it had alot of pin holes..The only thing I could come up with for a fix was to cut the bottom of the tank away and repair the tunnel..
