Remember some tpms units can only be used with Nitrogen as moisture in standard air will distroy the sending unit. I have not tried standard air after replacing to sending units in my car tires.

Tigerrider, Take a look at the Moto Guzi Stelvio 1200. Much easier to maintane and they have a long life, besides you will not see one on every corner.

Next Horizon, I have added a BMW socket wrench to my Guzzi tool kit, to remove the rear wheel if need be. Guzzi factory does not see a need for such tool, whatever.

To ease the seating of the bead, I would suggest a light coating of dish washing liquid on the bead of the tire. I have also used Talcum powder on the tube to reduce the friction during the install....
