Looks like a 1971 Suzuki T250 R, and a 1978 Yamaha 750 Triple with the Yamaha color matched bags and fairing. Also think I see a 1978 Yamaha 175 off on the right hand side.

I have been able to remove the middle point using a punch. Strike the point with the punch and a hammer and it should snap it off. Once it snaps off you may use a regular Torx driver.
